Ingredients:
Macaroni 250g
Bell pepper (3 colores) 150g
Chicken 300g
Milk 450ml
Onion 50g
5 cloves of garlic
Unsalted Butter 50g
White cheddar cheese 80g
Italian seasoning 1.5 tsp
Pepper 0.5 tsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt
Recipe:
1) Boil the macaroni in a large pan of hot water. Add 1.5 tbsp olive oil into the water
2) Cut the bell pepper, onion and garlic into fine pieces
3) Cut the chicken into tenders. Marinate with 1 pinch of salt and pepper
4) Take out the macaroni after it is cooked. Rinse with cold water
5) Add 1.5 tbsp olive oil and butter on a frying pan. Melt the butter with a small to medium flame
6) Add garlic and onion into the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes
7) Add the bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes
8) Add the flour and stir well
9) Add 2-3 pinches of pepper, salt and Italian seasoning. Stir well
10) Add milk and cheese. Let it cook for another minute. Taste and adjust the seasoning
11) Heat a pan until it is very hot. Add the chicken and grill each side for 30s. Cover the pan with a lid
12) Take out the chicken when they are cooked
13) Add milk and 2 big spoon of white sauce (from step 12) to another frying pan. Add the chicken into the pan. Cover the pan and let it cooked for another 1-2 minutes
14) Mix the macaroni with the white sauce
15) Plate the creamy macaroni and serve the chicken on top
材料:
通心粉 250克
燈籠椒(3色)150克
雞肉 300克
牛奶 450毫升
洋蔥 50克
5瓣大蒜
無鹽牛油 50克
白車打芝士 80克
意大利調味料 1.5茶匙
胡椒粉 0.5茶匙
麵粉 3湯匙
橄欖油 3湯匙

食譜:
1)加 1.5 湯匙橄欖油入一大鍋熱水,將通心粉煮熟
2) 將燈籠椒、洋蔥和蒜頭切成小粒
3) 將雞肉切薄片,用1撮鹽和胡椒粉醃製
4)通心粉煮熟後取出,用冷水沖洗
5) 在煎鍋上加入1.5湯匙橄欖油和牛油,用中小火將牛油溶化
6)將蒜和洋蔥放入鍋中,煮1-2分鐘
7) 加入燈籠椒煮2-3分鐘
8)加入麵粉攪拌均勻
9) 加入2-3撮胡椒粉、鹽和意大利調味料,攪拌均勻
10)加入牛奶和芝士,再煮一分鐘,按個人口味調整調味料
11) 將平底鍋加熱,加入雞肉,每面烤 30 秒,蓋上鍋蓋
12) 將已煮熟的雞肉取出
13) 在另一個煎鍋中加入牛奶和 2 大湯匙白汁(來自步驟 12)。將雞肉加入鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋,再煮1-2分鐘
14) 將通心粉與白汁混合攪勻
15) 將白汁通心粉上碟,雞肉放在上面
