Two unique flavors for Two unique Souls
Chef Eligio has brought two unique flavors for his signature pastries – Key Lime Barrel Cactus and Choco-Avocado Saguaro, both made from the freshest and healthiest Mexican ingredient to bring unique Mexican flavors to the modern tables. Refreshing and Light, it is a perfect union of traditional flavors and surly will bring about a wonderful surprise to this romantic time.
Choco-Avocado Saguaro is based on the world’s tallest saguaro cactus. With a carved creamy shell made from a whole avocado, the inside is filled with rich Mexican chocolate pound cake with a hint of cinnamon. A perfect combination of sweetness from chocolate balanced with the flavors of avocado cream. No cactus is too tall for the true romantics!
Key Lime Barrel Cactus is a pastry based on the barrel cactus, made with a butter cake base topped with a soft & airy key lime cream. Refreshing and healthy the cream is made from fresh lime juice full of vitamin C and hand-whipped cream. To bring the cactus to life, additional “spine” made from coconut are add for extra texture and flavors to complete this lovely celebration of romance!
