Bread 16pcs
Mayonnaise 250g
Tuna 370g
Mixed veggie 100g
Lettuce 100g
Bell pepper (3 colours) 150g
Pepper
Recipe:
1) Boil the mixed veggie for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water
2) Cut the bell pepper into small pieces and lettuce into slices
3) Mix the tuna, bell pepper, lettuce and mayonnaise (Add 3 pinches of pepper to taste) thoroughly
4) Put the Tuna Salad on the bread and make a sandwich

燈籠椒(3色)150克
胡椒粉
食譜:
1) 將什豆煮沸5分鐘,然後用冷水沖洗
2) 燈籠椒切成小塊,生菜切絲
3) 把金吞拿魚、燈籠椒、生菜絲和蛋黃醬(再加入3小撮胡椒調味)拌勻
4) 把吞拿魚沙拉塗在方包上,做成三文治
