Kids love Tomato Spaghetti Bolognese. Don’t buy pasta sauce anymore. They are salty and full or preservatives. This homemade Bolognese sauce is healthy and easy to make. Foodie Owen finished a big plate by himself! (You can replace minced beef to minced pork or mix half half.)

Ingredients:
Spaghetti 500g
500g minced beef
Garlic 20g
Paprika 1 tbsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 5 tbsp
White wine 1 tbsp
Onion 100g
Carrot 50g
Tomato 500g
Basil to taste
Salt to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
Recipe:
1) Peel the tomato skin and remove the seeds
2) Cut the tomato and onion into small pieces
3) Peel the carrot skin and grate the carrot
4) Heat the pan with medium flame. Add 2 tbsp olive oil
5) Add the onion into the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes
6) Add minced meat, garlic, paprika, pepper, salt and carrot into the pan. Stir well
7) Add tomato, tomato sauce and chopped basil. Stir well. Cover the pan and let it cook for awhile
8) Taste the sauce and adjust the condiments according to your preference
9) Add white wine and cook for a few more minutes
10) Cook pasta over a pot of hot water (add 2 tbsp olive oil into the water) until soft
11) Serve the pasta on the plate and pour the sauce on top. Add Parmesan cheese and basil.

洋蔥 100克
紅蘿蔔 50克
番茄 500克
番茄醬200毫升(沒有調味)
隨意: 羅勒 鹽 巴馬臣芝士
食譜:
1) 番茄去皮去籽
2) 將番茄和洋蔥切成小塊
3) 將紅蘿蔔去皮,用刨刨成絲
4)中火加熱平底鍋,加入2湯匙橄欖油
5)將洋蔥放入鍋中煮約1-2分鐘
6) 將肉碎、蒜茸、紅椒粉、胡椒粉、鹽和紅蘿蔔放入鍋中,攪拌均勻
7) 加入番茄、番茄醬和切碎的羅勒,攪拌均勻。蓋上鍋蓋,稍煮片刻
8) 嚐嚐醬汁,再根據自己的喜好調味
9) 加入白酒再煮幾分鐘
10)用一鍋熱水煮意大利麵(加2湯匙橄欖油入水)直到變軟
