Eligio Escobedo is a restaurateur and chef with more than 25 years of experience specializing in Mexican and Cuban cuisine. He was born in Mexico and came from a restaurateur family that owns 3 restaurants in Mexico. Eligio graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana with a degree of Gastronomy. Upon graduation, he has been working in different restaurants and hotels in Mexico & United States. For a long period of time, he was the catering chef for the Hollywood studio in Los Angles. In the past 10 years, he has moved to Asia with experience from Beijing, Bangkok and now in Hong Kong, to continue his mission of spreading his love of Mexican cuisine to this side of the globe.
