Ingredients (Servings: 3):
Chicken breast 500g
Mozzarella cheese 500g
Sour cream 90g
White mushroom 400g
Ham 220g
Milk 150ml
Chopped onion 50g
Chopped garlic 1 cloves
Olive oil 4 tbsp
To taste: Pepper Salt Italian seasoning
Recipe:
1) Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces
2) Put ham and cheese inside the chicken breast and roll it into a sausage
3) Put the chicken on a baking dish and cover with aluminium foil. Bake it for 30 minutes at 180C
4) Slice the mushroom and put it on a frying pan. Add onion, garlic and olive oil and stir fry over a medium flame
5) Season with pepper and Italian seasoning
6) Pour in the sour cream and milk. Stir well
7) Add corn starch to thicken the sauce
8) Take out the chicken and cut into small pieces. Pour the creamy mushroom sauce on top
材料(份量:3):
雞胸肉 500克
莫薩里拉芝士500克
酸忌廉90克
白蘑菇 400克
火腿 220克
牛奶 150毫升
洋蔥碎 50克
切碎的蒜頭1 瓣
橄欖油 4 湯匙
隨意: 胡椒粉 鹽 意大利調味料
食譜:
1)將雞胸肉切成薄片
2) 將火腿和芝士放入雞胸肉內,捲成香腸狀
3) 把雞肉放在烤盤上,蓋上鋁箔紙,攝氏180度烤30分鐘
4) 將磨菇切片,放入煎鍋中,加入洋蔥、大蒜和橄欖油,用中火翻炒
5) 用胡椒粉和意大利調味料調味
6)倒入酸忌廉和牛奶,攪拌均勻
7) 加入粟粉勾芡
8) 取出雞肉,切成小塊,蘑菇醬汁倒在上面
