Ingredients (Serving: 1):
1 small carrot
1 medium-sized banana
Half medium-sized mango
6 strawberries
1 orange
Recipe:
1) Peel the mango, carrot and banana. Chopped all the fruits into small pieces. Put the mango, carrot, half orange and banana inside the blender. Blend till smooth
2) Blend half orange and strawberries till smooth
3) Pour the mango mix to a glass and top with the strawberries mix
4) Mix well and enjoy

半個中型芒果
6粒草莓
1 橙
食譜:
1) 將芒果、胡蘿蔔和香蕉去皮。將所有水果切成小塊。將芒果、胡蘿蔔、半個橙子和香蕉放入攪拌機中,攪拌至順滑
2) 將半個橙子和草莓打至順滑
3)將芒果水果茸倒入玻璃杯中,然後在上面加入草莓橙汁
