This is one of my favorite dishes – a super easy and tasty Steak Ranchero recipe (steak with tomato)! I love it and I’m sure your kids will love it too! Tomatoes and Steak are loaded with vitamins, minerals and nutrients. They are food that kids should eat often! You can serve it with rice or tortilla!
這是我十分喜歡的一道菜 – 超級簡單和美味的蕃茄牛扒粒!我很喜歡吃,我相信你的孩子也會喜歡吃!蕃茄和牛扒富含維生素、礦物質和營養素。它們是小朋友們應該經常吃的食物!可以和飯或玉米餅一併享用!
Ingredients:
Steak 250g
Tomato 350g
Onion 50g
A pinch of salt and pepper (optional if don’t prefer seasoning for kids)
1-2 Green Chili (optional)
Recipe:
1) Cut the tomatoes in half. Ask your little one to take out the seeds with a spoon (optional)
2) Cut the tomatoes into small pieces
3) Cut the onions into small pieces
4) Put the steak on the pan. (No cooking oil is needed)
5) Add the chopped tomatoes and onions to the pan
6) Add 20ml of water (Can skip this step if your tomatoes have lot of juice)
7) Cover the pan with a lid and wait till the tomatoes and onions are soft
8) Serve it on a plate
材料:
牛扒粒 250克
番茄 350克
洋蔥 50克
一小撮鹽和胡椒粉 (不想濃味可不放)
1-2 條青辣椒 (可不放)
食譜:
1) 把蕃茄切開一半。可讓小朋友把蕃茄種子用匙取出 (可不做)
2) 把番茄切成小粒
3) 把洋蔥切成小粒
4) 把牛扒粒放在平底鍋中 (不需用任何食油)
5) 將切碎的蕃茄和洋蔥放入鍋中
6) 加20毫升水 (約蕃茄本身有很多水分就不需加)
7) 蓋上鍋蓋,等蕃茄和洋蔥變軟就成
8) 可上碟了
