This easy spaghetti with meatball recipe has all the classic flavours you and your kids will love. Everything is made from scratch to ensure it is healthy and doesn’t have any additives or preservatives. You can make the meatballs all beef or all pork or half beef half pork. Our recipe is light on seasoning to make sure the little ones will like. Feel free to adjust the amount of salt according to your preference.

Ingredients (servings: 6, ~21 meatballs):
Beef or Pork (or mix) 500g
Cherry tomatoes 1kg
Onion 80g
Spaghetti 500g
2 eggs
Tomato 150g
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Basil 10pcs
Salt 1 tsp
To taste:
Bay leaves, Oregano, Cumin powder, Paprika, Parmesan cheese, Pepper
Recipe:
1) Boil all the cherry tomatoes with water until soft
2) Boil a pot of water with 1 tbsp of oil
3) Mince the meat with meat grinder or knife
4) Cut the onion, tomato and 5 pcs of basil into small pieces. Remove the tomato seeds. Add all into the minced meat
5) Beat 2 eggs into the meat. Add 4 pinches of salt and pepper. Mix well
6) Make meatballs with hands
7) Add 1 tbsp of oil into the boiling water and add the spaghetti
8) Blend the cooked cherry tomatoes until smooth
9) Add 2 tbsps oil into a pot. Pour the tomato mixture inside. Add all the condiments.
10) Bake the meatballs at oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
11) Bring the tomato sauce to boil
12) Pour out all the hot water after the spaghetti is cooked. Rinse the spaghetti with cold water
13) Mix the tomato sauce, meatballs and spaghetti together
14) Serve on a plate. Add Parmesan cheese and more basil. Ready to eat

500克 車厘茄 1公斤
洋蔥 80克
意大利粉 500克
2隻雞蛋
番茄 150克
橄欖油 4湯匙
羅勒 10片
鹽 1茶匙
隨意: 月桂葉 牛至 孜然粉 辣椒 巴馬臣芝士 胡椒粉
食譜:
1) 將所有的車厘茄用水煮至軟
2) 用1湯匙油燒開一鍋水
3) 用絞肉機或刀將肉絞至免治肉
4) 將洋蔥、番茄和 5片羅勒切成小塊(取出番茄種子),全部加入免治肉
5) 將2隻雞蛋打入肉。加入4小撮鹽和胡椒粉,用手攪拌均勻
6) 用手做肉丸
7) 在沸水中加入1湯匙油,加入意大利粉
8) 將煮熟的車厘攪拌成蓉
9) 在鍋中加入 2 湯匙油,將番茄蓉倒入其中,加入所有調味料
10) 肉丸入焗爐攝氏180度烤15分鐘
11) 將番茄醬煮沸
12) 意大利粉煮熟後倒出所有熱水,用冷水沖洗意大利粉
13) 將番茄醬、肉丸和意大利粉混合在一起
14) 上碟。加入巴馬臣芝士和更多羅勒,可以吃了
