Most kids love Spaghetti Bolognese. Though you can easily purchase from outside, it’s always much healthier to cook at home. And it only takes 10 minutes to make! Making it from scratch can ensure you are using healthy ingredients that are good for your little ones. If your kids don’t like eating vegetables, simply just throw in all the vegetables and blend it into a sauce and you can get them eating more vegetables in this healthy and tasty recipe.

Ingredients:
Beef or Pork (or mix) 500g
Carrot 200g
Tomato 700g
Onion 200g
Celery 50g
Spaghetti 500g
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Cheese 3 tbsp (Cheddar, Feta, Mozzarella cheese are all good choices)
White wine 1 tbsp (optional)
Recipe:
1) Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds
2) Boil the tomatoes till soft
3) Put the meat cubes inside the food processor or grind the meat with a knife or you can purchase minced meat from supermarket
4) Cut the carrot and onion into fine pieces. Take out the celery leaves and also cut into fine pieces
5) Blend the cooked tomato into puree
6) Heat a pan with medium flame
7) Add the olive oil, onion, carrot and celery into the hot pan and mix well
8) Cook the spaghetti with water and olive oil
9) Add the minced meat into the vegetables, stir well and add oregano, pepper and salt
10) Cover the lid and cook for awhile. Add the tomato puree. Taste and adjust the seasoning
11) Add white wine (optional) and let it boil for awhile till the alcohol evaporates
12) Take out the water and mix the spaghetti with the meat sauce
13) Serve the Spaghetti Bolognese on a plate and add cheese on top
材料:
牛肉或豬肉(或混合)500克
紅蘿蔔 200克
番茄 700克
洋蔥 200克
芹菜 50克
意大利細面 500克
牛至 1/4 茶匙
鹽 1.5茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
橄欖油 3湯匙
芝士3湯匙(車打芝士、菲達芝士、馬蘇里拉芝士都是不錯的選擇)
白葡萄酒 1湯匙(可不放)
食譜:
1) 將蕃茄切成兩半,挖出種子
2) 將蕃茄煮熟
3) 將肉塊放入絞肉機或用刀切成蓉,或者你可以直接從超市買免治肉
4) 將紅蘿蔔和洋蔥切成小粒,取出芹菜葉,再切成小塊
5) 將煮熟的番茄攪拌成蓉
6) 用中火加熱平底鍋
7) 在熱鍋中加入橄欖油、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔和芹菜,攪拌均勻
8) 用水和橄欖油煮意大利細面
9) 將免治肉加入蔬菜中,攪拌均勻後加入牛至、胡椒粉和鹽
10) 蓋上蓋子煮一會兒。加入番茄蓉。品嚐並根據個人喜好調整調味料
11) 加入白葡萄酒(可不好),煮一會兒直到酒精蒸發
12) 倒掉煮面的水,將意大利面和肉醬拌勻
13) 將肉醬意粉上碟,在上面加上芝士
