Ingredients:
Flour 40g
Sugar 30g
4 Eggs
Strawberry 3 pcs
Cherry 4 pcs
Blueberry 10 pcs

Recipe:
1) Wash the fruits thoroughly and cut in half
2) Separate the egg yolks and egg whites
3) Put the flour and sugar inside the mixing bowl that has egg yolks

14) Decorate the pancakes with fruits
15) Put the icing sugar on top of the pancakes

6) 蛋白打至硬身
7) 將少量蛋白加入蛋黃中,充分攪拌
8) 然後將所有蛋黃加入蛋白中攪拌均勻
9) 攪拌均勻,直到白色完全消失
10) 將蛋漿放入糖衣袋中
11) 用中低火加熱平底鍋。在鍋底塗上牛油
12) 輕輕將蛋漿擠出,成班戟狀。擠得越多班戟越厚
13) 當班戟的一面變成棕色時翻轉
14) 待班戟煮熟後放入碟上
15) 用水果裝飾班戟
16) 將糖粉放在班戟上
17) 可以吃了!
