Ingredients: Steak 90g Pork fillet 90g Chicken 90g Pineapple 90g Onion 30g Bell pepper 3 colores 90g Orange juice 2 tbsp Butter 15g Cherry tomato 9pcs Paprika 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Pepper to taste
Recipe:
1) Cut steak, chicken, pork, bell pepper, onion and pineapple into 1×1 inches. Marinate the meat with a pinch of salt and pepper
2) Use 4 pieces of 30cm bamboo sticks and thread the meat on the skewers along with all the vegetables
3) Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Then put the skewers in for another 10 minutes. Alternatively you can also grill the skewers on a hot pan until cooked
4) Prepare the sauce by mixing the butter, orange juice, paprika together. Add salt and pepper to taste
5) Brush the sauce on skewers after they are cooked. Ready to eat!

洋蔥 30克
甜椒 3色 90克
橙汁 2湯匙
牛油 15克
車厘茄 9粒
紅椒粉 1/2 茶匙
鹽適量
胡椒粉適量
食譜:
1) 將牛排、雞肉、豬肉、甜椒、洋蔥和菠蘿切成 1×1 英寸。用少許鹽和胡椒將肉醃製
2) 用 4 根 30 厘米長的竹籤,把肉和所有的蔬菜一起穿在烤肉串上
3) 焗爐攝氏180度預熱10分鐘。然後把烤肉串放入,再烤10分鐘。或者你也可在平底鍋上烤直到煮熟
4) 將牛油、橙汁、紅椒粉混合在一起做醬汁。加入鹽和胡椒調味
5) 烤好後刷上醬汁。可以吃了!
