3 eggs
Banana 100g
Bell pepper 3 colores 45g
Red onion 15g
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1) Cut the bell pepper and onion into very fine pieces
2) Cut the banana into small pieces
3) Crack 3 eggs and mix the bell pepper and onion together
4) Cook the egg mixture over small heat on a hot pan till well done
