Ingredients:
Butter 15g
Shrimp 12 pcs
Recipe:
1) Turn on the stove
2) Put the shrimp onto the pan
3) Cover the lid
4) Open the lid and move the shrimps a bit (You may season with a pinch of salt and pepper)
5) Cover the lid again Repeat a few times until the shrimps are all cooked
6) Serve it on a plate
材料:

1) 打開爐子
2) 把牛油和蝦放到鍋裡
3) 蓋上蓋子
4) 打開蓋子,稍微移動一下蝦 (可加鹽或黑椒粉調味)
5) 再次蓋上蓋子 重複幾次,直到蝦全部煮熟
6) 上碟
