I love pistachios! So today Eli and I are making this super yummy Pistachio Flan! If you are a pistachio lover, I’m sure you will love this! Pistachios are an excellent source of healthy fats, fiber, and zinc—all important nutrients in supporting baby’s brain development, digestion, and immunity. We don’t put any extra sugar so it’s very healthy for kids! This recipe has a very rich pistachio flavour. Feel free to adjust the pistachio quantity according to your taste!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
Unsalted pistachios with shells 150g
Milk 500ml
Evaporated milk 200ml
Condensed milk 75ml
Recipe (Servings 6):
1) Preheat the oven to 150C while preparing the flan
2) Take out the pistachios shell
3) Add pistachios, eggs, milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk into the blend. Blend until smooth
4) Pour the flan mixture into small containers
5) Put some water into a tray and put the flan into the water. Cover with aluminum foil
6) Put the flan into the oven and bake at 150C for 40 minutes
7) Put the flan into the fridge for at least 2 hours

帶殼無鹽開心果 150克
牛奶 500毫升
淡奶 200毫升
煉奶 75毫升
食譜:
1) 將烤焗爐預熱至攝氏150度
2) 取出開心果殼
3) 將開心果、雞蛋、牛奶、淡奶、煉奶加入攪拌機中,徹底攪拌成順滑的糊狀
4) 將布丁倒入小容器中
5) 將一些水放入托盤中,然後將布丁放入水中,蓋上錫紙
6) 將布丁放入焗爐,攝氏150度烤40分鐘
7) 將焗好的布丁放入冰箱至少2小時
