From the flaky butter pie crust to the juicy peach filling, this perfected peach pie recipe is the best you will ever try. This classy dessert goes perfectly well with a scoop of ice-cream. I’m sure your kids will love it! Best as snack after school or dessert after a meal.
Ingredients (1 pie of 8″ diameter x 2″ height):
Peaches 900g
Brown sugar 170g
Flour 225g
Butter 175g
Baking powder 8g
Vanilla oil 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
1) Peel, pit and slice the peaches
2) Add 80g sugar to the peaches and cook it with small flame till soft
3) Add flour, 90g sugar, baking powder, vanilla oil, butter into a mixing bowl. Mix well
4) Pour the pie crust dough on the table and press it into 1/4 inch thick
5) Put butter all over the baking dish
6) Put the pie crust on the baking dish. Press in to form
7) Put the cooked peach on the pie crust
8) Cover the pie with aluminium foil. Put into the oven and bake at 100C for 15 minutes
9) Remove the aluminium foil. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the pie crust turns golden brown
10) Let the pie cool down before cut. Ready to eat

材料(1 個 8寸直徑 x 2寸高的批):
水蜜桃 900克
黃糖 170克
麵粉 225克
牛油 175克
泡打粉 8克
雲呢拿油 1/2 茶匙
食譜:
1) 水蜜桃去皮、去核、切片
2) 水蜜桃加入80g糖,小火煮至軟
3) 將麵粉、90克糖、泡打粉、雲呢拿油、牛油加入攪拌碗中,攪拌均勻
4) 把麵團倒在桌子上,壓成1/4寸厚
5) 把牛油塗在烤盤上
6) 將餡餅皮放在烤盤上。壓入形成
7) 將煮好的水蜜桃放在餅皮上
8) 用錫紙蓋住水蜜桃批。放入烤箱,攝氏100度烤15分鐘
9) 取下錫紙。再烤5分鐘或直到桃批皮變成金黃色
10) 讓水蜜桃批冷卻後再切,即可享用
