Ingredients:
1 Egg
Pancake flour 250g
Milk 250ml
Blueberry 50g
Raspberry 50g
Butter
Recipe (Servings: 8-10 medium size pancakes):
1) Pour the flour, egg and milk into the mixing bowl
2) Mix the flour with a fork or an electric blender
3) Separate the flour mix into two bowls. Slice the berries into smaller pieces. Add blueberries to one bowl and add raspberries into the other bowl. Mix gently
4) Seal the pan with butter. The pan should be heated with low flame
5) Scoop one spoon of flour mix and pour slowly onto the pan. Wait till it turns brown and flip over. Take out the pancake once two sides turn brown. Repeat until the flour mix is used up
材料:

藍莓 50克
紅桑子 50克
牛油
食譜(份量:8-10 片中等大小的班戟):
1) 將班戟麵粉、雞蛋和牛奶倒入大碗中
2)用叉子或電動攪拌機把麵粉攪勻
3)將麵漿分成兩碗,將水果切成小塊。在一個碗中加入藍莓,另一個加入紅桑子,輕輕攪勻
4)用牛油密封煎鍋,鍋要用小火加熱
5) 舀一勺麵粉漿,慢慢倒在煎鍋上。等到它變成金黃色,就翻過來。班戟兩面變黃金後取出。重複直到麵粉漿用完
