Today I’m making Mango Pudding with Eli. It’s super easy and super tasty. What’s better than a parent kid activity that you can play and eat! Our recipe is great for kids, all natural with no food additives. We use less sugar in the recipe but free feel to adjust according to your taste bud!

Ingredients:
Mango (meat only) 500g
Sugar140g (add in two parts)
Water 500ml
Evaporated milk 250ml
Gelatin 18g
Half Lemon
Salt 1/4 tsp
Mint 4 pcs
Strawberry 5 pcs
Blueberry 8 pcs
Recipe:
1) Peel the mangos and cut into small pieces
2) Weigh 500g mango
3) Put the mango into a blender for later use
4) Bring 100ml water to boil
5) Dissolve 50g of sugar with the hot water
6) Add the sugar water into the blender and blend the mango until smooth
7) Filter the mango to get an even smoother texture
8) Mix the gelatin with 50ml cold water
9) Heat 350ml water to about 80 degree Celsius
10) Add the gelatine slowly to the hot water and stir well
11) Squeeze half a lemon’s juice into the gelatin mixture
12) Add the mango puree into the gelatin mixture and stir continuously
13) Add the remaining sugar, salt and evaporated milk into the mixture
14) Pour the mango mixture into your pudding bowls
15) Chill the mango pudding in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set
16) Cut the strawberry in smaller pieces
17) Decorate the Mango Pudding
材料:
芒果肉 500克
糖 140克(分兩份加入)
水 500毫升
淡奶 250毫升
魚膠粉 18克
檸檬半隻
鹽 1/4 茶匙
薄荷葉 4片
草莓 5粒
藍莓 8 粒
食譜:
1) 芒果去皮,切成小塊
2) 稱500g芒果
3) 將芒果放入攪拌機待用
4) 將100毫升水煮沸
5) 50g糖用熱水溶解
6) 將糖水加入攪拌機,將芒果攪拌𢦓蓉
7) 過濾芒果以獲得更滑的口感
8) 將魚膠粉與50ml冷水混合
9) 將350毫升水加熱至約80攝氏度
10) 將魚膠粉慢慢加入熱水中,攪拌均勻
11) 將半個檸檬汁擠入魚膠粉水中
12) 將芒果蓉加入魚膠粉水中,不斷攪拌
13) 將剩餘的糖、鹽和淡奶加入
14) 將芒果布丁倒入碗中
15) 將芒果布丁放入冰箱冷藏 2-3 小時或直至凝固
16) 將草莓切成小塊
17) 裝飾芒果布丁
