Ingredients:
Flour 240g
Butter 180g
Icing sugar 60g
Corn starch 80g
Salt 3g
Lemon juice 25ml (from 1 lemon)
Recipe:
1) Preheat the oven at 180 C for 15 minutes
2) Melt the butter to semi-liquid state
3) Blend the butter with an electric blender
4) Add the icing sugar into the butter. Blend again with the electric blender
5) Add salt and corn starch. Blend for a while and mix well with a spatula
6) Pour in the lime juice to the mixture. Mix well
7) Add the flour and mix well with a spatula
8) Put some butter on to the baking tray
9) Fill the cookie dough into a pastry bag
10) Pipe the dough in small 3-5cm swirls
11) Bake the cookies at 180 C for 40 minutes

7)加入麵粉,攪拌均勻
8)在烤盤上塗一些牛油
9)將曲奇麵團裝入糕點袋中
10) 將麵團擠成 3-5 厘米的小漩渦狀
11) 曲奇以180度烘烤40分鐘
