Ingredients (serving: 3~4):
Pork Tenderloin 600g
Minced garlic 5 cloves
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Water 50ml
Honey 50 ml
Salt
Pepper
Recipe:
1) Cut the pork tenderloin into smaller pieces
2) Season with salt and pepper
3) Heat a pan till very hot with medium flame. Grill the pork until the surface changes colour. This extreme heat will sear the surface of the meat and lock in the natural juices
4) Use the same pan and add butter and garlic and let it cook for a short while until the aroma comes out
5) Add water, honey, vinegar and cook for a few minutes
6) Turn on the oven at 180C for 10 minutes
7) Put the pork in a baking tray and pour the honey garlic sauce over
8) Bake the pork for 10 minutes and serve with rice

牛油 1 湯匙
白醋2湯匙
水50毫升
蜂蜜 50 毫升
鹽
胡椒粉
食譜:

3)用中火將平底鍋加熱至非常熱。將豬肉烤至表面變色,這種極端的熱量會灼燒肉的表面並鎖住天然汁液
4)用同一個平底鍋,加入牛油和大蒜,稍煮至香味出來
5)加入水、蜂蜜、醋煮幾分鐘
6)烤箱180度,烤10分鐘
7)將豬柳放入烤盤中,淋上蜂蜜蒜蓉醬
8) 將豬柳烤10分鐘,配飯享用
