Ingredients for making 3 pizzas:
Flour 390g
Olive oil 1.5 tsp
Dried Yeast 7g
Tomato 500g
Mushroom 80g
Cherry tomato 90g
Bell Pepper (3 colores) 120g
Onion 30g
Mozzarella Cheese 500g
Ham 80g
Tuna 120g
A pinch of pepper, oregano and garlic powder
Bay leaf 1pc
Warm water 250ml
Recipe:
1) Boil the tomato and 40g onion until soft
2) Cut 40g of each bell pepper and remove the seeds
3) Cut all the bell peppers, 30g onion, cherry tomato, mushroom into slice
4) Cut the ham into small pieces
5) Boil the water to 70 degree Celsius
6) Add the dried yeast and 130g flour into a mixing bowl
7) Add the warm water into the bowl and mix the flour together
8) Add the remaining 260g flour
9) Mix well and knead into a dough until the flour dough is not sticky
10) Put oil all around the bowl and dough. Cover with a plastic wrap and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
11) Take out the boiled tomato and onion and blend until smooth
12) Cook the tomato sauce with oregano, pepper, bay leaf and garlic powder
13) Knead the dough for 5 minutes and cut into 3 portions
14) Roll each dough into a ball and knead it into a pizza dough
15) Add tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, onion, cherry tomato, mushroom, ham and tuna
16) Top up more Mozzarella cheese
17) Bake the pizza at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes

通心粉 250克
雞腿 750克
番茄 1公斤
洋蔥 100克
橄欖油 80毫升
雞湯 0.5公升
水 1公升
1個牛油果
3 隻水煮蛋
隨意: 鹽 牛至 胡椒粉 酸忌廉
食譜:
小貼士:先將雞腿用水和少許鹽預先煮熟。剩下的湯做雞湯
1) 將番茄和洋蔥切成小塊,加入1公水攪拌成蓉
2) 過濾番茄蓉
3) 再次攪拌番茄籽,加入雞湯,再次過濾
4) 用中火加熱平底鍋。加入油和通心粉。不斷攪拌直到通心粉變成金黃色
5) 加入番茄汁、胡椒粉、牛至、鹽攪拌均勻。煮10分鐘左右,直到通心粉變軟
6) 將煮熟的雞腿加入番茄湯中。再煮5分鐘
7) 去除水煮蛋的蛋殼
8) 將牛油果切成兩半。去除核和皮。切成小塊
9) 將通心粉湯盛入碗中。加入煮熟的雞蛋和牛油果 1
