Today I’m showing you how to make corn tortillas at home! Corn tortilla is very easy to make. Just buy corn flour from supermarket and turn it into fresh and delicious corn tortilla. Once you have tried to make it yourself, you will never buy the pre-packed tortillas from the supermarket that are stake and chewy.
粟米餅很容易做。只需從超市購買粟米粉，然後將其做成新鮮美味的粟米餅。一旦你嘗試自己做，就永遠不會從超市購買預先包裝好不新鮮又硬又乾的粟米餅。
Ingredients:
100g Corn Flour
150ml Water
Recipe :
1) Put 100g corn flour inside a mixing bowl
2) Add 150ml water to the bowl and mix well
3) Knead by hand until the dough is smooth and not sticky
4) Separate the dough into 8 small portions (each about 25g)
5) Put the small ball in the middle of the press. Close the cover and press the handle to make a nice tortilla
6) Put the corn tortilla on a hot grill (or a hot frying pan)
7) Serve the corn tortilla on a plate
材料：
粟米粉 100克
水 150毫升
食譜 ：
1) 將100克粟米粉放入大碗中
2) 加入 150 毫升水及攪拌均勻
3) 用手揉至麵團光滑不黏手
4) 將麵團分成8小份（每份約25g）
5) 將小麵粉球放在制餅機中間。合上蓋子，按下手柄，做出美味的粟米餅
