Ingredients (Servings: 21 pieces)
Flour 180g
Butter 120g
Peanut butter 260g
Brown sugar 160g
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Whole rolled oats 280g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla oil 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
1) Melt the butter and put into a big mixing bowl
2) Add the peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla oil into the mixing well
3) Mix well with an electric mixer
4) Add flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl and mix thoroughly
5) Add the rolled oats and knead the cookie dough until everything mix together
6) Gently roll the cookie dough into small balls and press the balls into cookies
7) Preheat the oven at 180C for 15 minutes
8) Put the cookies to bake for 15 minutes until it is cooked

牛油120克
花生醬260克
紅糖160克
發酵粉 1 湯匙
原粒燕麥片 280 克
鹽 1/4 茶匙
雲呢拿油 1/2 茶匙
食譜:
1)將牛油融化並放入一個大碗中
2) 將花生醬、紅糖、雞蛋和雲呢拿油加入攪拌均勻
3)用電動攪拌機攪拌均勻
4)將麵粉、泡打粉和鹽加入碗中,攪拌均勻
5)加入燕麥片,揉捏餅乾麵團,直到所有東西混合在一起
6)將餅乾麵團輕輕擀成小球,然後將球壓入餅乾中
7)烤箱180度預熱15分鐘
8) 將餅乾放入烤15分鐘至熟
