Today Eli has taught me how to make the tastiest Ham & Cheese Hot Pockets and Mashed Potato. This recipe is so easy to make and it’s so yummy! Breading the ham roll is especially fun. I encourage you try making this with your little ones at home!

Ingredients:
Smoked Ham or Bacon 4pcs
Cheddar Cheese 2pcs
Potato 1pc
Unsalted butter 10g
Milk 10ml
Breadcrumbs 100g
Flour 100g
Egg 1pc
A pinch of pepper and oregano
Romaine Salad 15g
Cherry Tomato

Recipe:
1) Wash and peel the potato
2) Cut the potato into four pieces
3) Boil the potato until it is soft
4) Pat the ham dry with a paper towel and arrange them nicely
5) Place the Cheddar cheese in the middle of the ham
6) Slowly roll up the ham together with the cheese into a tube shape and place the toothpicks in the ham
7) Place the ham roll inside the freezer for a short while
8) Heat up the milk and put the butter inside the milk
9) Beat one egg in a bowl
10) Arrange the flour, egg and bread crumb side by side
11) First dredging the ham roll with flour, dipping it in egg wash and then finally coating it with breadcrumbs
12) Mash the potato with a fork and season it with a pinch of pepper
13) Heat some oil inside a frying pan and gently put the breaded ham roll inside
14) Move the roll around and cook until it turns to golden brown
15) Take out the crunchy ham roll and place it on a plate. Use some paper towel to dry the oil
16) Put the mashed potato, ham rolls and salad on a plate
17) Gently season the salad with fresh lime juice and a pinch of oregano
18) Let’s dig in
材料：
煙火腿或煙肉 4 件
車打芝士 2塊
馬鈴薯1 隻
無鹽牛油 10 克
牛奶 10 毫升
麵包糠 100 克
麵粉 100 克
雞蛋 1 隻
胡椒粉和牛阿里根奴 少量
羅馬生菜 15 克
車里茄 3 粒
食譜：
1) 馬鈴薯洗淨去皮
2) 將馬鈴薯切成四塊
3) 將馬鈴薯煮至軟身
4) 用廚房紙巾把火腿拍乾，然後排列整齊
5) 將車打芝士放在火腿中間
6) 將火腿連同芝士一起慢慢捲成筒狀，用牙籤固定火腿卷
7) 將火腿卷放入冰箱一會兒
8) 加熱牛奶，將牛油放入牛奶中
9) 在碗裡打一隻雞蛋
10) 將麵粉、雞蛋和麵包糠順序排列
11) 先將火腿卷沾上麵粉、蛋液，最後麵包糠
12) 用叉子把馬鈴薯壓成蓉，加少許胡椒粉調味
13) 平底鍋燒熱食油，將火腿卷輕輕放入
14) 將火腿卷移動並煮至金黃色
15) 取出鬆脆的火腿卷，放在盤子裡。用廚房紙巾擦乾油
16) 將薯蓉、火腿捲和沙律放在盤子裡
17) 用新鮮青檸汁和少許阿里根奴輕輕調味沙律
18) 可以吃了
