Today, I make lasagna with Eli! The recipe is so easy that even I can make! Eli’s special recipe is designed especially of kids and I finished a big piece right after cooking! It’s really really yummy! Best for anyone who like not so strong cheese! Btw, it’s so much fun making layers and spreading the cheese everywhere!
今天,我和Eli一起做千層麵。食譜很簡單,因為連我都能做! Eli 這食譜是專為兒童設計的,最適合不喜歡芝士太濃的人,我做好後立即吃掉了一大塊,太味了!千層麵一層層砌上去,好好玩呀,同砌積木一樣。
Ingredients:
Lasagna Sheets 16pcs
Beef 500g Pork 500g
Tomato sauce 300ml
Cottage cheese 400g
Mozzarella cheese 250g
Milk 750ml
Flour 60g
Chopped carrot 50g
Chopped onion 50g
Unsalted butter 60g
Salt 1.5tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Pepper 1.5tsp
Recipe:
1) Cut the meat into minced meat
2) Turn on the stove and add some cooking oil into a pan
3) Add the minced meat to the pan and stir it continuously until it turns brown
4) Add chopped carrot and mix well with the meat
5) Add chopped onion and mix well with the meat
6) Add 1 tsp salt, 1tsp pepper and 0.5 tsp oregano (Feel free to adjust according to your taste)
7) Add tomato sauce and let the meat cooked until the sauce is almost dried up
8) Add butter on another pan. Add flour and stir continuously once the butter is all melted
9) Add milk and stir continuously. Season it with a pinch of salt and pepper
10) Put butter inside a 20x27cm aluminium tray
11) Fill a large pot with water and bring to boil. Cook the lasagna sheets for about 8 minutes until they are soft.
12) Cover the bottom of the tray with lasagna sheets. Add the béchamel sauce, meat, basils, cottage cheese and repeated it 3 times to make 3 layers of lasagna. Preheat the oven at 180C
13) Add the last layer of lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce and generously put Mozzarella cheese on top
14) Cover the tray with a piece of aluminium foil and put it in the oven. Bake it at 180C for 20 minutes.
15) Remove the aluminium foil after 20 minutes and bake for another 15 minutes.
16) Let the lasagna cool down for at least 10 minutes. Then simply cut the tray and take the lasagna out
17) Add more basils on top of the lasagna
材料:
千層面片 16塊
牛肉 500克
豬肉 500克
番茄醬 300ml
茅屋芝士 400克
莫薩里拉芝士 250克
牛奶 750ml
麵粉 60克
切碎的紅蘿蔔 50克
洋蔥粒50克
無鹽牛油 60克
鹽 1.5茶匙
阿里根奴 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1.5茶匙
食譜:
1) 將肉切成免治肉
2) 打開爐子,在平底鍋中加入一些食用油
3) 將免治肉加入鍋中,不斷攪拌至呈棕色
4) 加入切碎的紅蘿蔔拌勻
5) 加入切碎的洋蔥拌勻
6) 加入1茶匙鹽、1茶匙胡椒粉和半茶匙阿里根奴(可根據個人口味隨意調整)
7) 加入番茄醬,然後煮至醬汁幾乎收乾
8) 在另一個平底鍋上加入牛油。一旦牛油全部融化,加入麵粉並不斷攪拌
9) 加入牛奶,不斷攪拌。加少許鹽和胡椒調味
10) 將牛油放入 20×27厘米的錫紙盤中
11) 將一個大鍋裝滿水並煮沸。將寬條麵片煮約 8 分鐘,直到它們變軟
12) 用寬條麵蓋住錫紙盤底部。加入白汁、肉、羅勒、茅屋芝士,重複 3 次,做出 3 層的千層面。焗爐預熱攝氏180度
13) 鋪上最後一層千層面、白汁,並在最上面放上莫薩里拉芝士
14) 用一塊錫紙蓋住錫紙盤,然後放入焗爐,攝氏180度烤20分鐘
15) 20分鐘後取下錫紙,再烤15分鐘
16) 讓千層面冷卻至少 10 分鐘。然後剪開錫紙盤,把千層面拿出來
17) 在千層面上加上更多羅勒
