Ingredients (Serving: 2~3):
Fish 800g
Cilantro 20g
Tomato 100g
Butter 20g
Onion 30g
1 Lime
Cucumber to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1) Boil 60g of tomato till cooked
2) Cut cilantro, onion into small pieces
3) Take out the tomato seed and cut into small pieces (about 40g)
4) Cut the cucumber into small pieces
5) Take out the cooked tomato. Add oregano, salt to taste. Add butter and 1 lime juice. Blend till smooth
6) Preheat the oven at 180C for 10 minutes
7) Brush some butter on the baking tray and put the fish on top. Generously brush the butter sauce onto the fish
8) Put the fish inside the oven and bake till cooked (about 20 mins)
9) Serve it on a plate and top with onion, cilantro, tomato and cucumber

魚800克
芫荽20克
番茄100克
牛油20克
洋蔥30克
1 青檸
青瓜 適量
牛至 適量
鹽 調味
食譜:
1) 將60克番茄煮至熟
2)芫荽、洋蔥切小塊
3)取出番茄籽,切成小塊(約40克)
4)將青瓜切成小塊
5)將煮熟的番茄取出。加入牛至、鹽調味。加入牛油和青檸汁,攪拌成茸
6)烤箱180度預熱10分鐘
7)烤盤上刷上牛油,把魚放在上面。將牛油醬汁充分刷在魚身上
8)將魚放入烤箱烤至熟(約20分鐘)
9) 盛入碟中,撒上洋蔥、香菜、番茄和青瓜
