Ingredients (Quantity for 4 sandwiches):
Chicken 200g
Pork filet 180g
Sandwich loaf 8pcs
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 4pcs
Mozarella cheese 4pcs
Ham 4pcs
Avocado 1/2
Sliced lettuce 80g
To taste: Cherry tomato Onion Pepper Salt Jalapeño (optional) Salsa Huichol (optional)
Butter
Recipe:
1) Cut the cherry tomato and onion into small pieces
2) Season the chicken and pork filet with a pinch of salt and pepper
3) Grill the chicken and pork filet till cooked
4) Crack 2 eggs and make scrambled eggs
5) Put some butter on a hot grill and toasted the bread
6) Slice half avocado into small pieces 7) Put 2 tbsp sour cream on the bread
8) Add chicken, Cheddar cheese, pork filet, egg, Mozzarella cheese, lettuce, ham, cherry tomato, onion, avocado, jalapeño salsa huichol (last two optional)
9) Top with 2 tbsp sour cream and cover with bread
10) Toasted the sandwich on the grill till the cheese is melted
11) Cut the sandwich into 4 small pieces

4) 打兩隻雞蛋做炒蛋
5) 在熱的平底鑊上放一些牛油,放上麵包,烤至脆
6) 將半個牛油果切成小塊
7) 在麵包上放 2 湯匙酸忌廉
8) 加入雞肉、車打芝士、豬柳、蛋、莫薩里拉芝士、生菜絲、火腿、車厘茄、洋蔥、牛油果、墨西哥辣椒和辣椒醬(最後兩個可不放)
9) 上面放 2 湯匙酸忌廉,蓋上麵包
10) 在平底鑊上烤三文治直到芝士融化
11) 將三文治切成 4 小塊
