Ingredients:
Chicken breast 400g
Potato 200g
Butter 20g
2 eggs
Flour 100g
Bread crumb 200g
Pepper
Salt
Salad
Cherry tomato
Tomato sauce (optional)
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Recipe:
1) Wash the potatoes and peel the skin. Cut into smaller pieces and boil with a pot of water till soft
2) Cut the chicken breast into thinner filets
3) Crack two eggs and mix well
4) Place flour and bread crumb on plate
5) Dip the chicken breast with flour, egg and bread crumb
6) Take out the potato and mash with a fork. Add a pinch of pepper and butter. Mix well
7) Fry the chicken breast in hot oil till cooked. Outside should be golden brown
8) Serve the mashed potato, salad and chicken Milanese on a plate
9) Feel free to add some tomato sauce and cheese on the chicken Milanese (optional)

食譜:
1) 馬鈴薯洗淨去皮,切成小塊,用一鍋水煮至軟
2) 將雞胸肉切成薄片
3) 打兩個雞蛋攪拌均勻
4) 將麵粉和麵包糠放在盤子上
5) 用麵粉、雞蛋和麵包糠蘸雞胸肉
6) 取出馬鈴薯,用叉子搗碎。加入少許胡椒粉和牛油,攪拌均勻
7) 用滾油將雞胸肉炸熟,外面應呈金黃色
8) 將薯蓉、沙律和吉列雞扒盛入碟中
9) 隨意在吉列雞扒上加些番茄醬和芝士
