This perfect pancake recipe is very easy and ultimately rewarding! It serves as a great breakfast to start the day or a simple afternoon snack! Ingredients (Serving: 3″ pancakes 6~8 pieces):
Flour 150g
Milk 200ml
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Butter 30g
1 egg
Fruits or Your favourite’s toppings
Recipe:
1) Cut the fruits into smaller pieces
2) Add flour, baking powder, sugar, egg and melted butter into a mixing bowl. Stir well
3) Add some butter on a hot pan. Pour the pancake mixture slowly on the cooking pan to form a small circle
4) Wait till the bubbles coming out, flip the pancake to the other side
5) Serve the pancakes on a plate and top up with your favourite toppings

麵粉 150克
牛奶 200毫升
泡打粉 1湯匙
糖 1湯匙
牛油 30克
1個雞蛋
水果或你最喜愛的配料
食譜:
1) 將水果切成小塊
2) 將麵粉、泡打粉、糖、雞蛋和融化的牛油放入攪拌碗中,攪拌均勻
3) 在熱鍋上加入一些牛油,將麵粉漿慢慢倒在煎鍋上,形成一個小圓圈
4) 等到氣泡出來,把班戟翻到另一邊
5) 將班戟盛在盤子上,然後加入你最喜愛的配料
