Ingredients:
Broccoli 400g
Chicken broth 500ml
Evaporated milk 1 can 450g
finely chopped onion 60g
Cheese to taste (any cheese is fine)
Butter 45g
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt 0.25 teaspoon
Flour 2 teaspoons
2 pinches of pepper
Bread
Recipe:
1) Wash and cut 400g of broccoli into small pieces
2) Add salt, sugar and broccoli into a pot of water
3) Turn on the fire and cover the lid
4) Drain the hot water
5) Blend the broccoli with chicken broth until smooth
6) Slice the bread and toast with butter till crispy
7) Heat a pan with small flame
8) First melt the butter. Then add the flour and stir well
9) Add the finely chopped onion
10) Add the broccoli mixture and stir slowly
11) Add the evaporated milk and keep stirring
12) Add 2 pinches of pepper
13)Cook until it is slightly thicken
14) Cut the cheese into smaller pieces
15) Serve the soup into a bowl
16) Add cheese and broccoli on top
材料:
西蘭花 400克
雞湯 500毫升
淡奶1罐450克
切碎的洋蔥60克
芝士隨意(任何芝士都可以用)
牛油 45克
糖 1茶匙
鹽 0.25 茶匙
麵粉 2茶匙
2撮胡椒粉
麵包
食譜:
1) 400克西蘭花洗淨切小塊
2) 一鍋水中加入鹽、糖和西蘭花
3) 開火並蓋上蓋子
4) 倒掉熱水
5) 將西蘭花與雞湯攪拌成蓉
6) 將麵包切片,塗上牛油烤至酥脆
7) 用小火加熱平底鍋
8) 先把牛油融化。然後加入麵粉攪拌均勻
9) 加入切碎的洋蔥
10) 加入西蘭花蓉,慢慢攪拌
11) 加入淡奶繼續攪拌
12) 加兩撮胡椒粉
13) 煮至稍微變稠
14) 將芝士切成小塊
15) 將湯盛入碗中
16) 在上面添加芝士和西蘭花
