Ingredients (Servings: 3 bowls):
2 Avocados
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Bell pepper 30g
Cilantro 8g
Cream cheese 20g
Butter 1 tbsp
Onion 20g
Garlic 1 small clove
Sour cream 200g
Chicken broth 400ml
Recipe:
1) Take out the skin of the avocado and cut into small pieces
2) Add the avocado into a blender together with sour cream, cilantro, bell pepper, cream cheese and chicken broth. Blend until smooth
3) Heat a pan over small flame. Add olive oil, butter, onion and garlic. Cook till the aroma comes out. Add the avocado mix onto the pan. Mix well and add salt or pepper to taste. Bring it to boil
4) Serve in a bowl and top with avocado and cheese

橄欖油 1湯匙
燈籠椒 30克
芫荽 8克
奶油芝士 20克
牛油 1湯匙
洋蔥 20克
大蒜 1 小瓣
酸忌廉 200克
雞湯 400毫升
食譜:
1) 將牛油果的皮取出,切成小塊
2)將牛油果與酸忌廉、芫荽、燈籠椒、奶油芝士和雞湯一起放入攪拌機中,攪拌至順滑
3)用小火加熱平底鍋。加入橄欖油、牛油、洋蔥和大蒜,煮到香味出來。將牛油果蓉加入鍋中,攪拌均勻,加入鹽或胡椒調味
4)裝在碗裡,上面放上少許牛油果和芝士
