This amazingly delicious Apple crumble pie recipe is a combination of Pie and Crust. It filled with juicy delicious apple and topped with a crisp, flavourful crumble all in a perfect flaky butter crust. Most importantly, I got to play with the flour and I made a volcano!

Ingredients:
For the pie crust and crumble toppings:
Flour 275g
Light brown sugar 100g
Butter 175g
Vanilla Oil 0.5 tsp
Baking powder 8g
Salt to taste
For the apple filling:
Apple 800g
Light brown sugar 70g
Cinnamon powder to taste
Recipe:
1) Peel and core the apples. Slice the apples to small pieces
2) Add flour, baking powder, vanilla oil, 2 pinches of salt, butter and 100g sugar into a mixing bowl. Mix well
3) Rub the dough until the mixture feels like moist breadcrumb
4) Pour the pie dough on the table and roll to about 1/4 inch thick pie crust (don’t forget to separate some crumb mix as toppings use later)
5) Rub the butter all over your pie dish and transfer the dough. press in to form. Cut the edge with a small knife
6) Place the apples all over the pie crust. Add the sugar and cinnamon evenly
7) Spread the crumble on top of the pie and cover all the apples
8) Put into the oven to bake at 150C for 20 minutes
9) Take out the Apple Crumble Pie. You may give the pie crust an egg wash for a nice golden finish
10) Cover loosely the baking dish with aluminium foil to prevent the edge from burning while the bottom bakes through. Bake for another 20 minutes

麵粉 275克
黃糖 100克
牛油 175克
雲呢拿油 0.5 茶匙
泡打粉 8克
鹽 隨意
蘋果餡:
蘋果 800克
黃糖 70克
肉桂粉 隨意
食譜:
1) 蘋果去皮去核,並切成小塊
2) 將麵粉、泡打粉、雲呢拿油、2 撮鹽、牛油和 100 克糖加入大碗中,攪拌均勻
3) 揉麵團直到感覺像潮濕的麵包屑
4) 將麵團倒在桌子上,揉成約 1/4 寸厚的餅皮(不要忘記預留一些餅碎以作金寶餅碎鋪面用)
5) 在烤盤塗滿牛油,然後放上餅皮,用小刀切邊
6) 把蘋果放在餡餅皮上,均勻加入糖和肉桂粉
7) 將金寶餅碎鋪在蘋果上,把所有蘋果蓋上
8) 放入焗爐攝氏150度烤20分鐘
9) 取出蘋果金寶批。你可以給批面塗上蛋液,以完成後批要有漂亮的金色 10) 用錫紙鬆鬆地蓋住烤盤,以防止底部烤透時邊緣燒焦,再烤20分鐘
