Rich in vitamin C and minerals, Hibiscus flower also full of natural antioxidants and has a lot of health benefits including relief from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pain from menstruation cramp. We sourced Jamaica Hibiscus flowers directly from Mexican, which we simply soaked in hot water. As hibiscus tea has a strong sour taste, a bit of sugar is added to mild down the sourness.
Both Horchata and Jamaica are a type of Agua Fresca, which translated as “Fresh Water” in Spanish are typically non-alcoholic beverage combination of fruits, flowers or seeds blended together.
