Ingredients:
Multigrain Bread Flour 350g
Wheat Flour 150g
Dry Yeast 7g
Warm Water 40 C
Sugar 10g
Salt 13g
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Recipe:
1) Put sugar and dry yeast inside the warm water. Stir well
2) Let it sit for 10 minutes until plenty of foam is formed
3) Add salt and all flour to a large mixing bowl
4) Add the yeast mixture to the mixing bowl
5) Mix well 1:29 Put little flour on the counter top
6) Put the dough onto the counter top
7) Knead the dough until it is smooth and not sticky
8) Put oil all over the clean bowl and the dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap
9) Wait until the dough doubles in size
10) Now make the dough into the size and shape you want your bread to be
11) Gently cut a few lines on the dough
12) Let the bread sit for 30 minutes and cover it with a towel
13) 30 minutes later, the bread has risen and is now ready to put into the oven
14) Bake it for 10-13 minutes at 180-200 C
15) Ready to eat now
材料:
多穀高筋麵粉 350克

乾酵母 7克
溫水 40度
糖 10克

14) 30分鐘後,麵包已經發酵好了,可以放入烤箱
15) 180-200度烤10-13分鐘
16) 可以吃了
