Ingredients (Servings: 12x12cm waffle about 12 pieces):
2 eggs
Flour 320g
Milk 370ml
Butter 130g
Baking powder 15g
Sugar 25g
Vanilla oil 1/4 tsp
To taste:
Blueberries
Apple
Granola
Whipped cream
Recipe:
1) Beat two eggs into a mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix well
2) Add flour into the mixing bowl. Add baking powder, milk, vanilla oil and butter. Stir well
3) Cut apple into small pieces
4) Blend some heavy cream with an electric mixer to make whipped cream. Or you can buy whipped cream from the grocery store
5) Preheat the waffle maker. Add some butter on the waffle maker. Add the flour mixture to make waffle
6) Serve the waffles on the plate. Add whipped cream, granola, apple and blueberries as toppings
