Ingredients (Serving: 5):
Tomato 800g
Coconut milk 400ml
Penne Pasta 500g
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion 100g
Tomato sauce 150ml
Olive oil 50ml
Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Basil to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Recipe:
1) Boil the tomato with water till soft
2) Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add little bit of olive oil. Add penne pasta and cook till soft
3) Cut the garlic into slice and onion in small pieces
4) Take out the tomato from the pot and blend till soft
5) Cook the garlic and onion with some olive oil until the aroma comes out
6) Add the garlic and onion into the blender and blend with the tomato
7) Rinse the penne pasta with cold water
8) Add some olive oil onto a large cooking pan and add the tomato sauce, coconut milk, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and simmer it till thick
9) Mix the sauce with penne pasta. Top with basil and cheese

洋蔥100克
番茄醬150毫升
橄欖油 50 毫升

巴馬臣干酪(可不用)
食譜:
1)將番茄煮至軟身
2)將一大鍋水煮沸,加一點橄欖油,加入長通粉煮至熟透
3)大蒜切片,洋蔥切小塊
4)從鍋中取出煮熟的番茄,用攪拌機攪拌至軟
5)用少許橄欖油將大蒜和洋蔥炒至出香味
6)將大蒜和洋蔥放入攪拌機中,與番茄一起攪拌
7)將長通粉用冷水沖洗乾淨
8) 在大鍋中加入少許橄欖油,加入番茄醬、椰奶、鹽、胡椒粉、意大利調味料,煮至濃稠
9)將醬汁與長通粉混合,上面撒上羅勒和芝士
