This super yummy rice pudding is my favourite dessert!!! It has the perfect texture and sweetness. I just can’t get enough. Eli said the secret is to pay attention to the consistency. Make extra and put in the fridge. Just add a bit more milk and stir well if it dries up.
這個超級好吃的米飯布丁是我最喜歡的甜點!滑滑的口感和甜甜的香味,實在太美味了。如果後在雪櫃口感變乾了,只需加一點牛奶攪拌均勻即可!
Ingredients (Servings: 10):
Milk 1L
Evaporated milk 405g (1 can)
Condensed milk 388g (1 can)
Rice 250g
Sugar 120g
Water 1.4L
1 Cinnamon stick
Lime zest (from 1 lime)
Raisin & Cinnamon powder (optional)
Recipe:
1) Rinse the rice and boil it with a pot of water till soft. Add lime zest and cinnamon stick. Cook about 7-10 minutes
2) Remove the lime zest after the rice is soft
3) Add milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla oil and sugar. Boil another 7-10 minutes
4) Ready to serve when the rice is fully cooked with your preferred consistency
5) Serve hot or cold in a bowl. Add raisin and cinnamon powder on top (optional)
材料(份量:10):
牛奶 1公升
淡奶 405克(1罐)
煉奶 388克(1罐)
米 250克
糖 120克
雲呢拿油 1茶匙
水 1.4公升
1支肉桂枝
青檸皮(1 個青檸)
葡萄乾和肉桂粉(可放可不放)
食譜:
1) 白米洗淨,用一鍋水煮至軟。加入青檸皮和肉桂枝。煮約7-10分鐘
2) 米飯變軟後去掉青檸皮
3) 加入牛奶、淡奶、煉奶、雲呢拿油和糖。再煮7-10分鐘
4) 米飯完全煮熟並達到你喜歡的稠度後即可食用
5) 冷熱食用圴可。可加入葡萄乾和肉桂粉
