Quesadilla is like toasted cheese sandwich that all kids love! After all, no one can say no to hot melted cheese! It is so easy to make and feel free to be creative and put your little ones’ favourite ingredients!
Quesadilla 就像所有孩子都喜歡的烤芝士三明治！畢竟，沒有人可以對熱辣辣的芝士說不！這食譜很容易製作，並且可以隨意發揮創意，放入你孩子最喜歡的材料！
Ingredients (Serving for 3 quesadillas):
6″ Flour tortilla 6 pcs
Shredded Mozzarella cheese 100g
Cheddar cheese 6pcs
Onion 70g
Ham 220g
Sliced lettuce 100g
Sour cream 50ml
Cherry tomato 100g
1/2 avocado
Butter
Jalapeño (optional)
Recipe:
1) Slice the cherry tomatoes and onion
2) Peel and slice half avocado
3) Spread sour cream on the tortillas
4) Add Mozzarella cheese, ham, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onion and avocado onto 3 tortillas
5) Melt some butter on a hot pan. Put the quesadilla on the grill and cover it with another tortilla. Grill bot sides of the tortilla till golden brown
6) Serve quesadilla on a plate and ready to eat
材料（3份墨式芝士薄餅 ）：
6″ 麵粉皮 6 片
莫薩里拉芝士碎 100克
車打芝士 6片
洋蔥 70克
火腿 220克
生菜絲 100克
酸忌廉 50毫升
車厘茄 100克
1/2 牛油果
牛油 少許
墨西哥椒椒的隨意（可放可不放）
食譜：
1) 將車厘茄和洋蔥切片
2) 牛油果去皮切片
3) 在麵粉皮上塗上酸忌廉
4) 將莫薩里拉芝士、火腿、車打芝士、生菜、車厘茄、洋蔥和牛油果加入 3 片麵粉皮上
5) 在平底熱鍋上融化一些牛油，放上芝士薄餅，再蓋上另一片麵粉皮。將兩面的麵粉皮烤至金黃色
6) 將墨式芝士薄餅放在碟子上，即可食用
