This SUPER EASY and YUMMY kids’ pecan pound cake recipe is healthy, moist and with a perfect hint of vanilla. A slice with a glass of milk is a perfect snack or breakfast for your little ones.

Ingredients:
Flour 200g
Unsalted butter 130g
Pecans 100g
3 Eggs
Baking powder 1.5 tbsp
Vanilla oil 1.25 tsp
Milk 50g
Condensed milk 388g
Recipe (Servings: 2 of 17cmx7x7):
1) Preheat the oven at 180C for 15 minutes
2) Add condensed milk and butter in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric blender
3) Crack the eggs and blend with the electric blender
4) Add salt and baking powder to flour
5) Add half portion of flour into the mixing bowl and blend with the dough
6) Add the other half portion of flour and blend again till smooth
7) Add vanilla oil and milk into the dough. Mix well
8) Add little bit of flour to half portion of pecans and put into the dough. Mix well
9) Butter the baking tray and add a piece of baking sheet into the baking tray
10) Add the dough into the baking tray until half full. Add pecans on top
11) Put the pound cake inside the oven. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes

無鹽牛油 130克
胡桃 100克
3個雞蛋
泡打粉 1.5湯匙
雲呢拿油 1.25 茶匙
牛奶 50克
煉好388毫升
食譜(份量:2 份 17厘米x7x7):
1)預熱烤箱攝氏180 15分鐘
2)在一個大碗裡加入煉奶和牛油。用電動攪拌機攪拌均勻
3) 打雞蛋入大碗中,再用電動攪拌機打碎
4)在麵粉中加入鹽和泡打粉
5) 將一半的麵粉加入大碗,與麵團混合攪勻
6) 再加入另一半麵粉,再次攪拌至順滑
7)在麵團中加入雲呢拿油和牛奶,拌勻
8) 半份胡桃加入少許麵粉,放入麵團中。拌勻
9) 烤盤抹上牛油,再放一張焗爐紙入烤盤
10) 將麵團放入烤盤中至半滿。在上面加餘下的胡桃
11) 將蛋糕放入烤箱。 攝氏180度烤40分鐘
