Ingredients (Servings: 6):
Milk 200ml
Cream 400ml
Sugar 80g
Gelatine (Tasteless) 8g
Vanilla oil 0.5 tsp
Water 130ml
Strawberries 200g
Blueberries 200g
Recipe:
1) Pour 50ml water into the gelatine. Let it soak awhile for later use
2) Add milk, sugar, cream into a saucepan and stir well. Heat it to about 50 degree Celsius
3) Add the gelatine into the hot milk. Stir well and add vanilla oil
4) Cut the strawberries and blueberries into very small pieces and put into two separate saucepans. Add 10g sugar and 40ml water into each pan
5) Heat the strawberries and blueberries. Gently press the fruits to release the juice
6) Add the milk mixture into small cups and put into the fridge for overnight or until set
7) Pour the fruit mixture into two bowls and put into the fridge
8) Take the Panna Cotta out from the fridge after sets and add the fresh jam and fruits on top

牛奶 200毫升

魚膠粉(沒有味道的) 8克
雲呢拿油 0.5 茶匙
水 130毫升
草莓 200克
藍莓 200克
食譜:
1) 將 50 毫升水倒入魚膠粉中。讓它浸泡一會兒備用
2) 在平底鍋中加入牛奶、糖、奶油,攪拌均勻。把它加熱到大約50攝氏度
3) 將毫升加入熱牛奶中。攪拌均勻,加入雲呢拿油
4) 將草莓和藍莓切成小塊,分別放入兩個平底鍋中。在每個平底鍋中加入 10 克糖和 40 毫升水
5) 加熱草莓和藍莓。輕輕按壓水果以釋放果汁
6) 將牛奶漿加入小杯中,放入雪櫃過夜或直至凝固
7) 將果醬倒入兩個碗中,放入雪櫃
8) 完成後從雪櫃中取出已凝固的Panna Cotta,在上面加入鮮果醬和水果
