Make this easy gluten free oatmeal cookie with rolled oats. You can basically add in whatever else you like. I like raisins so that’s what I’m gonna put today. Homemade oatmeal raisin cookies are so much better (and healthier!) than any store bought version! Baking these also is a great kids activity! Tips: Our recipe is low sugar and you can opt for an even less butter version. Replace 80g butter with 70ml milk. It will taste equally good!

Ingredients (make 27 pieces of 2.5″ cookies):
Rolled oats 600g
Raisins 100g
Butter 200g (or Butter 120g + milk 70ml)
Rock sugar 50g
1-2 eggs
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla oil 1 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Recipe:
1) Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
2) Blend 300g rolled oats into powder
3) Mix the other 300g rolled oat with salt, vanilla oil, baking powder, sugar, butter, eggs (beaten), raisins and the 300g oatmeal flour
4) Use hands to mix all ingredients together
5) Make the oatmeal mixture into balls and press them into cookies
6) Put into the oven and bake for 10 minutes
7) Take out the cookies from oven and ready to enjoy!

7) 從焗爐中取出曲奇,即可享用
