This Fried Mashed Potato is crispy on the outside and soft inside. I feel like it is melting in my mouth. So smooth with lot of flavour! It serves as a great side dish or simply as snacks after school!

Ingredients:
Flour 200g
Fine bread crumb 200g
Potato 200g
1 egg
A pinch of pepper Butter 20g
Oil (Depends on the size of your pan)
Recipe:
1) Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Boil it with water until soft
2) Take the potato out from the water and mash it with a fork
3) Add a pinch of salt and melted butter. Mix well
4) Prepare the bread crumb, flour and beat one egg. Filter the bread crumb to ensure it is fine
5) Make the mashed potato into small balls with hands. Dip into flour, eggs and bread crumb
6) Heat a pot of oil. Bring it to boil. Then deep fry the mashed potato balls until golden brown

牛油 20克

食譜:
1) 馬鈴薯去皮,切成小塊,加水煮至軟

3) 加入少許鹽和已融化的牛油,攪拌均勻
4) 準備麵包糠、麵粉和打一隻雞蛋。過濾麵包糠 以確保顆粒幼細
5) 用手把薯蓉做成小球。沾上麵粉、雞蛋和麵包糠
6) 燒熱一鍋油,把它煮沸後,將薯球炸至金黃色
