Ingredients (for 3 servings):
Macaroni 250g
Chicken legs 750g
Tomato 1kg
Onion 100g
Chicken Soup 0.5L (from cooking the chicken legs)
Water 1L
Avocado 1pc
3 hard boiled eggs
To taste: Salt Oregano Pepper Sour cream
Recipe:
Tip: First precook the chicken legs with water and a pinch of salt. Use the chicken soup as the broth.
1) Cut the tomato and onion into smaller pieces and blend with 1L of water
2) Filter the tomato sauce
3) Blend tomato seeds with chicken broth again and filter again
4) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and the macaroni. Stir continuously until macaroni is lightly browned.
5) Add tomato sauce, pepper, oregano, salt and stir well
6) Add the cooked chicken legs into the tomato soup. Boil another 5 minutes.
7) Remove egg shells from hard boiled eggs
8) Cut the avocado in half. Remove pit and skin. Cut into small pieces
9) Serve the macaroni soup in a bowl. Add the hard boiled egg and avocado.
10) Add sour cream to taste (optional)
材料 (3份):
通心粉 250克
雞腿 750克
番茄 1公斤
洋蔥 100克
雞湯 0.5升 (用烹調雞腿剩下的湯)
水 1公升
牛油果 1隻
3隻水煮蛋
隨意: 鹽 牛至 胡椒 酸忌廉
食譜:
提示:首先用水和少許鹽將雞腿預先煮熟。用雞湯作為高湯。
1) 將番茄和洋蔥切成小塊,加入1公升水攪拌
2) 過濾番茄蓉
3) 再次將番茄種子與雞湯攪拌,再次過濾
4) 用中火加熱平底鍋,加入油和通心粉。不斷攪拌,直到通心粉呈金黃色
5) 加入番茄汁、胡椒粉、牛至、鹽攪拌均勻
6) 將煮熟的雞腿加入番茄湯中。再煮5分鐘
7) 將水煮蛋剝殼
8) 將牛油果切成兩半,去核和皮,切成小塊
9) 將通心粉湯盛入碗中。加入水煮蛋和牛油果
10) 加入酸忌廉(可放可不放)
