Sustainable and clean eating is definitely one of the hottest topics in 2018. Especially with the abnormal climate, more hurricanes, typhoons, earthquake and global warming issues, sustainable eating is definitely beneficial to our beloved planet. To go with our 2018 Clean Eating Campaign, we have launched an Avocado Vegetarian Menu 🥑🥑🥑 in May and it has been a great success. Following up, we have received even more requests of whether we can serve our food vegan/gluten-free. So instead of offering modification for individual customers, we would like to better serve the ever growing vegan community! Starting from today, we have launched a (8-page!) 100% Vegan Menu with lots of gluten-free options for all the Green and Healthy dinners to enjoy!
Apart from Veggie and Mushroom options for our tacos/quesadillas/burritos/super nachos etc, we also have added “Omipork” (the vegan meat that is made with a proprietary blend of plant-based proteins including peas, non-GMO soy, shiitake mushrooms and rice) serving as vegan Al Pastor Pork and Vegan Chorizo!
