Ingredients (Servings: 2 of 17cmx7x7):
Flour 180g
Sugar 100g
Unsalted butter 227g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla oil 2 tsp
Sour Cream 120ml
Baking powder 7g
4 eggs
Lime peel (from 1 lime)
Recipe:
1) Preheat the oven at 180C for 15 minutes
2) Brush the baking tray with butter and layer a piece of baking paper at the bottom
3) Mix flour, salt and baking powder together in a mixing bowl
4) Add butter and sugar. Mix well with an electric mixer
5) Add sour cream and eggs. Mix well with an electric mixer
6) Add flour, vanilla oil and lime peel. Mix well with an electric mixer
7) Pour the cake dough into the baking tray. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes until it is fully cooked
