Ingredients (Serving 1):
Chicken breasts 500g
Lemon juice 60ml
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Water 100ml
Sugar 4 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Recipes:
1) Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces
2) Marinate the chicken will 0.5 tsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp sugar. Stir well
3) Add the lemon juice, water, vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tsp soy sauce into a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly
4) Add the corn starch into the mixing bowl and stir well
5) Heat a cooking pan with medium flame. Add the olive oil and Stir fry the chicken until it is cooked
6) Stir the lemon mixture thoroughly and pour into the cooking pan.

4)將粟粉加入碗中攪拌均勻
5)用中火加熱煎鍋,加入橄欖油,將雞肉炒熟
6) 將檸檬醬汁攪拌均勻後倒入鍋中
7)煮至醬汁變稠,完成
