Ingredients:
Potato 250g
Butter 50g
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1) Peel the potatoes
2) Rinse the potato until water is clear
3) Grate the potato with a large hole grater
4) Medium flame to heat up the pan and melt the butter
5) Place potatoes into the pan in half inch layer when the butter is sizzling hot
6) Add salt to taste
7) Flip over the potato when one side turns golden brown, grill the other side until it turns golden brown

1) 削馬鈴薯皮
2) 沖洗馬鈴薯,直到水變清
