Ingredients:
Avocado 2pcs
Ranchero or Feta cheese 30g
Onion 30g
Cilantro 2g
Tomato 60g
Green chili 1pc (optional)
A pinch of salt
Recipe:
1) How to pick avocado 0:48 Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and put the avocado inside a bowl
2) Cut half tomato and remove the tomato seed with a spoon
3) Cut the tomato, onion and cilantro into small pieces
4)Add the chopped tomato, onion and cilantro inside the mashed avocado and mix well
5) Do we need to put condiments in guacamole
6) Add a pinch of salt (optional)
7) Serve it on a plate

牛油果 2個
牧場 或 菲達芝士 30g
洋蔥 30g
芫茜 2g
番茄 60g
青辣椒 1pc(可不放)
一小撮鹽
食譜:
1) 如何採摘牛油果
2) 將牛油果切成兩半。去掉核,把果肉放在碗裡
3) 番茄切半,用勺子去掉番茄籽
4) 將番茄、洋蔥和芫茜切成小塊
5) 將切碎的番茄、洋蔥和芫茜加入牛油果蓉中,攪拌均勻
6) 我們需要在牛油果醬裡放調味品嗎
7) 加少許鹽(可不放)
8) 上碟
