Ingredients:
Mixed fruits 250g (Guava, apple, banana, strawberry, blueberry)
Milk 300ml
Ice (optional)
Recipe:
1) Wash the fruits with water. Cut the guava and apple into smaller pieces
2) Peel the banana and cut into small pieces
3) Remove the guava’s seeds
4) Blend 250g fruits with milk
5) Add a small cup of ice and blend till smooth (optional)
6) Pour the smoothies into 2 glasses. Ready to drink
