Do you know it is super easy to make your own cheese? Homemade cheese is fresh and even more delicious and it only takes 3 steps. Cheese is good for kids and when you are making your own, you know it is absolutely safe and healthy! Feel free to add more salt according to your taste. I don’t like it salty so we didn’t put much in the video. I hope your little ones will enjoy cooking (and eating) as much as I do!

Ingredients:
Full cream Milk 3L
White vinegar 75ml
Salt
Recipe:
1) Pour 3L of milk to a big pot
2) Heat up the milk to about 70C with a small to medium flame
3) Turn off the fire. Wait till the milk to cool down
4) Pour and filter the curd-whey mixture through cheese cloth. Press and drain to get rid of as much liquid as possible
材料:
全脂牛奶 3公升
白醋 75毫升
鹽
食譜:
1) 將3公升牛奶倒入一個大鍋中
2) 用中小火把牛奶加熱到攝氏70左右,然後關火,等待牛奶冷卻
3) 將已分離的牛奶倒入芝士布中過濾,盡可能去除多餘的水分
